The correct order of the atomic radil of C, Cs, Al and S is
Carbon is a small period 2 atom. Sulphur and aluminium are in period 3, and since radius decreases across a period, S (group 16) is smaller than Al (group 13). Caesium is a period 6 alkali metal and is the largest. So the order is $$\text{C} < \text{S} < \text{Al} < \text{Cs}$$.
