Three particular flowers are taken as '1' as these flowers are taken together.

Now total number of flowers is '8' and these flowers can be arranged in 8! ways. And

Three particular flowers are arranged in 3! ways.

Total number of ways = 8! x 3! = 241920

Hence, option D is the correct answer.
