Let Ramu's bucket capacity be x
Then Sita's bucket capacity will be 3x
Empty drum capacity = $$60\times\ 3x\ =\ 180x$$
Both bucket capacity = 3x+x = 4x
Required turn = $$\frac{180x}{4x}=45$$.
