XADY = XA + AD + DY = 2/2 + (2 * 3.14 * 2)/4 + (30/360) * (2 * 3.14 * 2) = 5.19
XOBY = XO + OB + BY = 2/2 + 2 + (60/360) * (2 * 3.14 * 2) = 5.09
XODY = XO + OD + DY = 2/2 + 2 + (30/360) * (2 * 3.14 * 2) =  4.04
Hence, option D is the correct answer.
