If a boy covers a distance of 20 metre in 4 minutes with a force of 600 N, then the power
consumed by the boy is:
Velocity = $$\frac{Distance}{Times}= \frac{20}{4 \times 60} =\frac{1}{12} ms^-1$$
Power = $$Force \times Velocity = 600 \times \frac{1}{12} = 50 W$$
