The sum of the lengths of the edges of a cubeis equal to the perimeter of a square. If the
numerical value of the volumeofthe cube is equal to the numerical value ofthe area of the square, then the length of one side of the square is:
The correct option is C.
Let the length of edge of cube is $$a$$. And length of side of square is $$b$$.
    From question, 12$$a$$ =4$$b$$
         $$\Rightarrow$$ $$a$$= $$\frac{b}{3}$$      ....(1)
Again , vol of cube = area of square
           $$a^{3}$$ = $$b^{2}$$
       $$\Rightarrow$$ $$\frac{1}{27}$$ $$b^{3}$$ = $$b^{2}$$     From equation (1)
       $$\Rightarrow$$ b = 27 unit.
