Standard deviation =$$\sqrt{\ \frac{\Sigma\ \left(x-y\right)^2}{N-1}}=\sqrt{\ \frac{10}{4}}=\frac{\sqrt{\ 10}}{2}=1.58$$ ~ 1.6
