Solution
I : $$x - \sqrt{169} = 0$$
=> $$x = \sqrt{169}$$
=> $$x = 13, -13$$
II : $$y^{2} - 169 = 0$$
=> $$y^{2} = 169$$
=> $$y = 13,$$
Since, 13 > -13 & 13 = 13
$$\therefore y \geq x$$
