Solution
Average sales in 2014 (in '000) = $$\frac{4+4.5+6+7.5}{4}=5.5$$
=> In 2014, brands 3 and 4 get a star
Average sales in 2015 (in '000) = $$\frac{5.5+5+6.5+8.5}{4}=6.375$$
=> In 2015, brands 3 and 4 get a star
Average sales in 2016 (in '000) = $$\frac{7.5+6+7.5+9.5}{4}=7.625$$
