A square and a rectangle have same perimeter. If area of the square is $$121\ \text{cm}^2$$ and length of the rectangle is $$18\ \text{cm}$$, then area of the rectangle is
The side of the square is $$\sqrt{121} = 11\ \text{cm}$$, so its perimeter is $$44\ \text{cm}$$. For the rectangle, $$2(18 + b) = 44$$, so $$b = 4\ \text{cm}$$. Its area is $$18 \times 4 = 72\ \text{cm}^2$$.
