Question 40

If 9@3=12; 15@4=22; 16@14=4; then what is the value of 6@2=?

Solution

The pattern followed is for $$a$$@$$b$$ = $$(a-b)\times2$$

Eg = 9@3 = $$(9-3)\times2=6\times2=12$$

and 15@4 = $$(15-4)\times2=11\times2=22$$

and 16@14 = $$(16-14)\times2=2\times2=4$$

Similarly, 6@2 = $$(6-2)\times2=4\times2=8$$

=> Ans - (D)
