We know that,

$$W = q \times V$$

As given work is done in moving a charge of 5 coulomb across two points having a potential difference of 16 volt.

q = 5 Coulomb

V = 16 Volt

Put all the values in the formula

$$W = 5\times16$$

W = 80 J
