What happens to the volume (V) of the cuboid. if its length is doubled. height is doubled and breadth is kept the same?
Let length, breadth and height be L, B and H resp.
Let original Volume be $$V = L\times B\times H =LBH $$
New Volume $$= V1 = 2L\times B\times 2H = 4LBH =4V $$
$$\frac{New Volume}{original Volume} = \frac{4LBH}{LBH} $$
$$V1 = 4V$$
Option C is correct.
