$$T = 2\pi\sqrt{\frac{m}{k}}$$

$$T \propto \sqrt{m}$$

$$\frac{T_2}{T_1} = \sqrt{\frac{m + 3}{m}}$$

$$4 = \frac{m + 3}{m}$$
