Question 22

According to the passage, choose the incorrect statement.

Solution

The passage confirms that Dr. Kalam is called the Missile Man of India, that he played a key role in the 1998 Pokhran-II tests and that he was the 11th President. The passage mentions only the Padma Bhushan (1981) and the Padma Vibhushan (1990), not a Bharat Ratna in 1991. So statement d is the incorrect one.
