$$ABCD$$ is a cyclic quadrilateral inscribed in a circle of radius 5. $$E$$ is a point on the arc $$ADC$$. If angle $$AEC$$ is $$20^\circ$$ then
$$E$$ and $$D$$ both lie on the arc $$ADC$$, so $$\angle AEC$$ and $$\angle ADC$$ are angles in the same segment on chord $$AC$$, giving $$\angle ADC = 20^\circ$$. In the cyclic quadrilateral, $$\angle ABC = 180^\circ - 20^\circ = 160^\circ$$. Hence options a and b are both correct.
