In the question figure, the tree is on the left of the house, => It will appear on the right in the mirror

=> (D) is eliminated.

The flag is facing east in the figure, thus it will face west in mirror.

=> (B) is eliminated.

There is a small dot in the middle of the flag which will not change in the mirror, which is present in option (C)
