$$V_{R} > V_{L} \implies \text{Charge flows from } R \text{ to } L$$

$$V_{L} = \frac{2Q}{2C} = \frac{Q}{C},\quad V_{R} = \frac{Q}{2C}$$
$$V_{L} > V_{R} \implies \text{Charge flows from } L \text{ to } R$$
