Solution

Arithmtic Mean = $$\frac{\Sigma\ \left(\ distinct\ values\ \times\ frequency\right)}{\Sigma\ \left(frequency\right)}\ $$

                       =  $$\frac{6\ \times\ 2\ \ +\ 5\times\ 5\ +\ 4\times\ 3\ +\ 3\times\ 4}{2+5+3+4}\ $$

                       = $$\frac{61}{14}$$ Answer
