Question 15

If 26#14=80; 5#3=16; 6#5=22; then what is the value of 14#5=?

Solution

The pattern followed is that both the numbers are added and the result is multiplied by 2.

Eg : $$(26+14)\times2=40\times2=80$$

and $$(5+3)\times2=8\times2=16$$

and $$(6+5)\times2=11\times2=22$$

Similarly, $$(14+5)\times2=19\times2=38$$

=> Ans - (B)
