First of all, arrange the data in ascending order.
15,28,30,40,50,60,72
Quartile Deviation is given by (Q3-Q1)/2 , where

Q1 = (n+1)/4 = 2nd term i.e. 28
Q3 = 3*(n+1)/4 = 6th term i.e. 60

Put the values and answer obtained is 16
