e: x = y or the relationship can not be established
I. $$x^{2} - 463 = 321$$
II. $$y^{2} - 421 = 308$$
I : $$x^{2} - 463 = 321$$
=> $$x^2 = 321 + 463 = 784$$
=> $$x = \sqrt{784} = \pm 28$$
II : $$y^{2} - 421 = 308$$
=> $$y^2 = 308 + 421 = 729$$
=> $$y = \sqrt{729} = \pm 27$$
$$\therefore$$ No relation can be established.
