The pyrimidine bases present in DNA are

DNA contains two kinds of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic bases:
1. Purine bases  →  adenine (A) and guanine (G)
2. Pyrimidine bases  →  cytosine (C) and thymine (T)

RNA also has purine and pyrimidine bases, but in RNA the pyrimidine thymine is replaced by uracil (U).

Therefore, the pyrimidine bases that are specifically present in DNA are cytosine and thymine.
