What should I do to improve VA(not only RC)?

The underlying concept in RC and many other verbal topics such as Para Jumbles, Para Completion and Summary is the same - comprehension.
The key to getting better at Verbal is to solve as many questions as possible. Solve previous years CAT questions and as many sectional tests as possible. Also, analyze the solutions once you are done with solving the questions.

read English novels of renowned authors except Indian authors, foreign newspapers like the guardian, the times, read book reviews like the London book reviews and online articles as well... these will over all develop ur English.
