The basic concept in Out of Context questions is the same as that in Para Jumbles. You have to understand the context of the paragraph. Once you understand what the author is talking about, try to eliminate the sentence that is not talking about the same thing that the other sentences are talking about. Once you do that, rearrange the other sentences to form a coherent paragraph. If these sentences do not make sense as a paragraph, probably the sentence that you eliminated is not the correct one. This test should be performed without fail. By following this procedure, you can get the out of context sentences correct.
