my NMAT online proctored tets was marked incomplete and I was not allowed to give exam because I am on the latest Mac OS version but they only accept older versions like Big Sur etc. What a pathetic piece of shit this is. They are not updating their software but pointing that it's our mistake. It's a very unfair way of looting people and asking them to re-attempt the exam and again giving fee i.e, 3400. MBA except CAT is just busines and a way to fool.

I faced the same issue yesterday. The system readiness check shows no sign of trouble, but I don't understand how being updated to the latest OS version exempts people from taking the test.

Last year, i too faced the same difficulty, proctor said that the internet speed should be 40 mbps even though it was not written in the guidelines. mine was 30 and the proctor simply turned off the zoom call.
