In a normal seeding tournament of 64 players (seed 1 - highest seeded player, seed 64 - lowest seeded player), If there are only 4 upsets in the tournament and no player caused more than 3 upsets, then who could have been the lowest seeded player, who won the tournament. (According to me the answer should be 8, but as per Arun Sharma's LR book LOD-3, the answer is 16). Can someone please comment on my answer or else please explian me how 16 is the correct answer?
