how much percentage from objective test and interview, will be added in final cutoff of joining for IBPS PO?

The weightage of written exam and interview is 80:20. So 80% weightage is given to the written test score and 20% to the interview. However the interview is qualifying in nature which means that if you fail to get at least 40% marks in the interview, you will not be considered in merit irrespective of your written score.
