It's a two-step process.
The first step is to crack CAT with a very good percentile ( > 99.7) if you are a general category student.
The next step is tackling the interviews. Interviews need a lot of preparation, at least as much as CAT if not more. Questions are asked on a variety of topics including your academics, work-ex and current affairs. Good communication skills are of utmost importance.
We will be able to guide you better if you provide some more info about your academics, work ex. etc.
