GIM: Goa Institute of Management

Goa Institute of Management famously known as GIM is located in the North Goa district of Goa. The institute was founded in year 1993 by Romuold D'Souza , a Jesuit priest. The campus is spread in the area of 50 acres and is beautifully equipped with state of art eco friendly facilities ranging from solar panels to water treatment plant. PGDM

PGDM is the flagship program of GIM. It comprises of 6 terms focusing both on theoretical as well as practical knowledge. The program consists of core courses holding 71 credits and elective courses of 48 credits. It is ideal for those who seek to become a consultant, a financial manager, an entrepreneur or a marketing manager. PGDM provides holistic knowledge about each aspect of management- marketing, finance, HR, consulting, sales , operations and product management.

PGDM Healthcare Management

This course is specially crafted for individuals seeking career in management of healthcare organizations. HCM course is a perfect blend of management and healthcare function making it an application based management program.

PGDM Big Data Analytics

This is one of the new generation programs launched by GIM. Those who like examining large and varied data set to uncover hidden patterns and market trends should consider joining this course. It is for individuals who seek a career in data science becoming a data scientist or a data analyst.

PGDM Banking Insurance and Financial Services

International Double Degree in Analytics

This program is meant for those who have atleast 30 months of work experience and want to uncover insights in diverse data sets by designing data-driven organizations and improving decision making through data analytics. 1st year would be conducted in GIM campus providing a PGDM diploma and 2nd year would be at Nova School of Business and Economics, Portugal giving a masters degree in Business Analytics.

Hybrid PGDM

This is an executive MBA program suitable for working professionals offering a hybrid mode of learning. Students can study through a combination of live lectures, case studies, assignments and experiential leaning. The students are given a chance to attend 2 in person week long interventions each year wherein they can interact with their faculties and experience the live experience of being in GIM campus.

• CAT 2023 (Applicants under Achievers/ELITE round may also apply using CAT 2022)
• GMAT taken between 01 January 2022 to 15 January 2024 (Including, GMAT Focus Edition)

Note:

• CMAT which was accepted till last year won't be considered for this year's admission as decided by GIM's admission committee.
• GIM Analytics Aptitude Test (GAAT) needs to be given additionally for BDA and IDA program.
