XAT Syllabus 2024 PDF: Latest Pattern, Section-wise Important Topics for Preparation
The XAT syllabus is provided by XLRI Jamshedpur and includes topics like decision-making, verbal and logical ability, quantitative ability and data interpretation, general knowledge, and essay writing. General knowledge and essay writing are not taken into account for percentile calculation but are evaluated during the interview stage. You can download the XAT syllabus for 2024 in PDF format. In 2018, the Essay Writing subject was removed from the test format. The exam duration is three hours (180 minutes). The XAT exam paper is divided into two sections.
Part 1- Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making and Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation (Sectional time limit is 165 minutes)
Part 2-Â General Knowledge (Sectional time limit is 15 minutes)
The XAT syllabus for 2024 remains the same, covering four subjects that will be included in the question paper. It is recommended to review the entire XAT 2024 syllabus in order to begin preparing for the XAT 2024 test, which is scheduled to take place on January 7, 2024.

XAT 2024 Exam Pattern
The XAT exam is taken online using a computer. It consists of 100 questions divided into four sections, with a maximum score of 100. For every correct answer, you receive a +1 mark, while each incorrect response leads to a deduction of -0.25 points. The XAT 2024 exam has a duration of three hours.
