Each of the questions given below consists of a question and two statements numbered I and II. You have to decide whether data provided in the statements are sufficient to answer the questions.

Question 95

What is X’s present age in years ?
I. X was born in September.
II. Y was 22 years old during September, 1993.

If we know that X is 22 years old during September, 1993, we can calculate his present age by adding up the number of years from 1993 to present. Hence statement 2 is sufficient to get X's present age. Statement 1 mentions the month but not the year, so that statement a;on is not sufficient to give us X's age.
