Who is the author of ‘Manu Charitra’?

The author of Manu Charitra is Allasani Peddana, a prominent Telugu poet from the 15th and 16th centuries. He was the foremost among the Ashtadiggajas, a group of eight poets in the court of Emperor Krishnadevaraya of the Vijayanagara Empire. Manu Charitra, also known as Swaarochisha Manu Sambhavam, is a significant work in Telugu literature.
