Solution

15 men or 24 women or 36 boys wah do a piece of work in 12 days.

15M = 24W

1W = $$\frac{5}{8}$$M

15M = 36B

1B = $$\frac{5}{12}$$M

Let 'x' men are required. 

Now, 

$$2\frac{1}{4} * 15M * 12 * 8 = (xM +12W + 6B) * 30 * 6$$

$$\frac{9 * 15M * 12 * 8}{4} = (xM +7.5M + 2.5M) * 30 * 6$$

(x + 10) = 18

x = 8
