If the expenditure on housing is ₹1,680 more than that on clothing.

15% = 1680 + 9%

15%-9% = 1680

6% = 1680

1% = 280

Monthly saving = 10% = $$280\times10$$ = 2800

Yearly saving = $$2800\times12$$

= ₹33600
