lets consider the side be 20,21,29 which is equal to 70

$$\sqrt{hypotenuse^2}$$ = $$\sqrt{length^2 + base^2 }$$ 

$$\sqrt{29^2}$$ = $$\sqrt{20^2 + 21^2 }$$ 

841 = 400+ 441

so the area of triangle = $$\frac{1}{2}\times base\times height$$

                                  = $$\frac{1}{2}\times 20\times 21$$

                                   = 210$$cm^2$$
