A vertical mirror is placed, so the object on the right will appear on the left and vice-versa. Also, the position of object will be reversed, eg = '|_' will appear as '_|'
Assuming that it is a square matrix, then element at position (2,1) is not changed in the second option.
Similarly, the last two options are also eliminated.
