  • The object of the active sentence becomes the subject of the passive sentence.
  • The tense of the "be" verb must match the tense of the active sentence. (present perfect- has wounded)
  • The original subject (remark) is introduced with "by" (or dropped if unknown/unimportant)

    Using these rules, " My feelings have been wounded by that remark" is the right choice.
