Solution
The sum of the place values of letters within the word will be subtracted by 3.
FORT ==> (6+15+18+20)-3 ==> 59-3 ==> 56
MAN ==> (13+1+14)-3 ==> 28-3 ==> 25
CALF ==> (3+1+12+6)-3 ==> 22-3 = 19
