Along the columns,

$$\frac{8+7}{2}+2.5=7.5+2.5=10$$

$$\frac{13+12}{2}+2.5=12.5+2.5=15$$

The logic here is third number is the sum of average of first two numbers and 2.5

Similarly,

$$\frac{10+9}{2}+2.5=9.5+2.5=12$$

$$\therefore\ $$The required number is 12

Hence, the correct answer is Option A
