Alphabetical positions from reverse,
B=25, A=26, R=9, B=25, E=22, R=9
BARBER = 25+26+9+25+22+9=116
G=20, L=15, I=18, N=13, T=7
GLINT=20+15+18+13+7=73
Similarly,
