Solution

A vertical mirror is placed, so the figure will not be reversed, that is, the triangles pointing upwards will keep facing up and vice-versa, and thus the last two options are not possible.

Also, the triangles on the left will appear at the right hand side in the output, so the first option is also eliminated.

Thus, second is the correct output.
