Each of these questions has a problem and two statements, number I and II. Decide if the information given in the statement is sufficient for answering the problem. Mark the answer as
Statement I : $$2 a - b = 3$$
There are no specific values of $$a$$ and $$b$$, hence I alone is not sufficient.
Statement II : $$a = b - (1 - a)$$
=> $$a=b-1+a$$
=> $$b=1$$
$$\therefore$$ Statement II alone is sufficient to find the value of $$b$$.
=> Ans - (B)
