Surprisingly, I found VARC easier but messed up other 2 sections. 42-8-15 was what I ended up with
22-20-18.That's what you have to learn. When you see that VARC is tough know that this is the worst part of the paper and the it's only getting easier from here.In next mock try and gauze the level of difficulty if you find VARC easy know one of the next two sections will be on the tougher side and you have to reduce attempts there.If you try to solve the harder section like the easier section going for max attempts you will screw up.This is what i learned from my analysis. Hope it helps. Give Dashcat 14,te graph of percentile will go up.
My choices for VARC were wrong. I felt VA was quite easy, but RCs were a little on the harder side.
I scored horribly in this mock. 19-14-14. Wbu?
@Ishika I got 35-15-15 i identified the doable questions in the section and accordingly managed my time.
Hey Ishika, I've heard from a lot of people that DASHCAT 12 and 7 are on the easier side, though I didn't give them yet, I just read few reviews on those DASHCATS in one of the answers for a question on the Students Adda.
Same! Could have done much better. But the domino effect started with VARC itself.
Quant was not that tough but dont know why i messed it up also 3 sets of Dilr could be done but unfortunately could only attempt 2 sets also accuracy went for toss....on the other hand RCs were difficult va was quite easy got 6 correct out of 7 va question but messed RCs 24/17/18 in my analysis could have done far better at least 6-12-12 marks short in RC, Quant and Dilr respectively.
Yes, even in my opinion i found the mentioned DashCAT tough but VARC being tough was pretty much doable. LRDI and Quant were above CAT level. how much did you score in each section?
@Srivardhan Pal, imo dashcat 12 was indeed on the easier side but my ability of not being able to pick easy RC made me do blunders in that particular section. LRDI and Quants were much doable.
Can you guys please help me with mocks that are more near the actual CAT level and not that demotivating?
