Profile review GEM 10th - 10 CGPA , 12th - 95.2 , B.Tech- 8.6 CGPA. What would be the approx percentile required to get into IIM ABCL ?

All iims have different criteria even at 99+% can't get any calls ,so we its better to not think too much abut this try as much as you can score

You have a very strong profile. For top IIMs like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, and IIM Lucknow (ABCL), aiming for a CAT percentile of around 98.5 or higher would be advisable. Try to maximize your score in CAT exam.
