My score range is 70-95 in the dashcats, what percentile can i expect in the actual cat?

A score of 52%(156/300) fetched 99 % in CAT 2019 which had a far easier Quant and DILR section than an average mock.
So a 50 % score( 100/200) will be definitely around 99%. 95 % was around 130 marks(42-43%), so in the new format, it will be around 87/200.

so a score of 90 can fetch you 95ile ? nishanth

95+ provided you perform the same way or minimum 90 for sure
