Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their needs, strengths, and areas for improvement in relation to the CAT exam.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback, support, and encouragement.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and group sessions on topics related to CAT exam preparation.
- Liaise with CAT exam coaching faculty to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the CAT exam structure, syllabus, and best practices for preparation.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the CAT exam format, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a genuine desire to support students in their academic journey.
