it is difficult for me to remember the new words in english and in verbal part i didnt able to get the meaning of new word how to overcom this plz help me

You don't need to remember every word. A better way is to understand the context in which the word is used. You can understand the meaning that way. In the case of exam look at the option 4 of the 5 options given will give you almost similar meaning, the dissimilar one is your answer.
