IN logical representation of data classroom video, the second part of 1 st question at time 21:40. Can you explain why does U has two cases. IF L IS NOT THERE U IS THERE ( IN 1 ST CASE), AGAIN IN 2 ND CASE THE SOLUTION SAYS , IF L IS NOT THERE AND U IS NOT THERE , WHY??
