Almost all non-IIM institutes have their own separate application portals. Each of these institutes has its own unique application processes that consider CAT as one of the many criteria. For the IITs and most other non-IIM institutes, the application portals go live within a few weeks of CAT results. For institutes such as FMS, MDI and SPJIMR, the notifications will be put out shortly. You need to fill the admission forms separately, which are usually available until the CAT exam date. Once the CAT results are out, these institutes make the provision to update your scores for further assessment. I hope this helps with your query!
